I want to replace the flooring in my kitchen and family room.  It is old and worn, and no matter how much I clean the flooring it looks dirty.

My hubby wants to replace it with vinyl flooring, or hardwood, but I really want the wood laminate flooring.  I’ve heard that it is easier to maintain and keep clean, and more durable than either vinyl or hardwood.  There is a great selection of styles and colors to choose from.

So, when I can scrape together the money to replace the flooring, I want to buy laminate flooring!

With so many online social networks sprouting up on the web I wonder what is the best and what everyone out there uses the most so I started this post in order to conduct a poll to see what everyone out there is using to socialize with. My nieces and nephews like to use MySpace.  I have joined some Yahoo groups.  What do you like?

When I get a chance to get online and look around for a bit I like to surf around on Digg.  Digg has so many great stories on it that you will not hear in the main stream media.  And if you do hear it from the main stream media a lot of time it does not tell the whole story like Digg does.   And Digg lets me to talk to and hear comments on the stories from other people, which is a feature that I like a lot.

My hubby enjoys ice fishing with his buddies from time to time.  They go out on the lake with their snowmobiles and drill a few holes in the ice around their fishing hut, throw in their lines, then they go into the fishing hut and drink beer while they wait for the fish to bite.  They’ve invited the “women folks” to go along, and some of their “women folks” DO go along, but I don’t enjoy sitting around inside a fishing hut drinking beer!  I find it hard to get comfortable, I’d rather be home.  So, I encourage my hubby to go without me, and I enjoy having the day to myself!
