I like to read the local newspaper Police Blotter stories.  There frequently are strange, bizarre, and/or funny reports in the Blotter.

This week’s winner is a woman reported to the police that her husband left her on Friday and text messaged her from Florida to say goodbye.  The police advised her to change her phone number if she did not want to receive calls or messages from him.

Why on earth would she call the police for that???????  It doesn’t say he was abusive at all.  Sounds like a private matter to me!
