My hubby’s boss has asked my hubby to be the Webmaster of their new website. He wants him to create the website and maintain it. Of course, this means extra money, so of course my hubby said yes! My hubby is a little bit of a computer geek (ok he’s a huge computer geek, but he’s very manly and enjoys sports too!) so he is confident that he can do a terrific job for his company. He plans to use Web Design Software with a Flash Menu Builder. He is going to try the Free 30 Day Trial of the SWF Menu software being offered by AntsSoft at the website www.antssoft.com.

There are a few local ice cream stands that close down during the winter, and open right around Memorial Day Weekend.  That announces the real start of tourist season and summer, both at the same time.  I really enjoy making a special outing to one of the local ice cream stands that also has a miniature golf course on the property.  We can have a round of miniature golf and an ice cream cone; a very pleasant afternoon’s fun.

Well of course we will have to drag our men-folk to the Renaissance Faire with us, so we will need medieval costumes for all of us!  This is going to take some serious co-ordination and planning!  Even though I enjoy sewing, I don’t think I am up to sewing all of those costumes, especially with a newborn baby to be mothering.  So, we will be shopping for our costumes.  I have scouted around in the past for a good local place to buy costumes, and there really are slim pickings.  Not impressed at all with the selections!  So, we will be looking to the Internet for our costume needs!

The website www.importcostumes.com is a fantastic website to check out for our costumes.  They sell medieval costumes, Halloween costumes, and sexy costumes.

While my sister-in-law was visiting, she asked me if I’d like to go with her to a Renaissance Faire later this year.  I’ve always wanted to go to one, have never had the chance to go!  So of course I said YES!  I understand that there are Renaissance Faires held in Lebanon Maine in July and August, so that should give us some time to lose that weight and find some costumes!

My sister-in-law thinks we’re too fat.  I don’t think we are, but I can’t seem to convince her otherwise!  She’s all worried about swimsuit season coming up soon, and us looking fat in our swim suits when we go sunbathing when we go to camp.  I’m not worried about it, but I still have a little bit of “baby fat” that I wouldn’t mind getting rid of!  She wants both of us to go on a weight-loss program. She has been trying to convince me to join her in a quick weight loss program.

I’ve found a website, www.weight-loss-diet-help.com that has a lot of information about losing weight.  The website was created to help consumers figure out which diet plan is the best one for them.   It discusses several of the most popular commercial weight loss diets such as Nutrisystem and South Beach Diet and several others as well.

The website also offers discounts and coupons for several of the programs.

It also has several helpful and interesting articles to read regarding weight loss.  I was interested to read the one about weight loss myths, and the one about tips for cutting calories.  I was quite surprised to read the article about how high fructose corn syrup can sabotage a diet plan!
