I know that one of the aspects of my hubby’s job is that he has to travel a lot.  I’m lucky that I get to go with him to many of the places he has to go – I get to sightsee and shop while he works, and I enjoy that a lot!

Next month he is going to a trade show in Denver, and I’m already thinking about what to pack.  He says he has ordered some new portable trade show displays for the show from The Godfrey Group to use at the trade show, so they should take up minimal space in our luggage packing.

This morning I was walking down the road with the baby in a stroller, and a large strange dog approached us, growling and threatening us.  I was very concerned for the baby’s safety and put myself between the dog and the stroller.  I had brought a big stick with me (just in case) and I shook it at the dog and yelled at him in a very mean voice until he went away.  I was not happy about the incident at all!  People should be safe from things like that walking in their own neighborhoods!
