My hubby has been given the work assignment to go to Rome on a business trip. His boss has told him he can bring the family along, and extend the trip for an extra week as a bonus for going on the trip! So he came home last night with the information about the trip and told me to start checking out some cheap Rome hotels for us to stay in when we go there.  I’m going to have to do some research on some touristy things to do and see while we are there!  I’m embarrassed to admit that I don’t know much about what there is to do and see around Rome!  I’m going to be using the website of Vacationrentalrome.Com to find out all I can about spending time in Rome!  They have tourist information and event calendars on their website, so I’m sure that will be a big help!

Well, the daffodils are finally blooming, thank goodness!  I was beginning to think they were never going to bloom!  I think I’m going to order some more daffodils to plant in the fall.  I like to order mine from the Breck’s catalog that comes in the mail.  I’ve always had good luck with them, and they have such a wonderful variety of daffys!  I like to order some every year, eventually I’ll have a huge display of spring flowers that will be breathtaking!  I like daffodils because the deer don’t eat them, and the multiply every year.  I like tulips, too, but so do the deer, so I don’t waste my money on them anymore!
