One of my sisters lives in Maryland.  She was born with a spinal deformity that should have been addressed when she was an infant, but either the doctors didn’t see it or didn’t care or our parents didn’t care.  I don’t know which it was; it’s really hard to say!  I used to think that they doctors would have said something about it, and thought that it was a case of our parents not caring enough to do anything about it, but lately I’ve had my doubts about the competency of doctors……

Anyway, my sister has started going to some Maryland Chiropractors to try to get relief from the back and neck pain that she has been suffering for many years.  I have never been to a chiropractor, but I have a lot of friends and relatives that swear by theirs, claiming that they get so much relief from pain that they would never want to “do without” one in their lives.  Most of the people that I know that go to chiropractors go on a fairly regular basis, and they say that they ALWAYS feel better after they’ve had a chiropractic adjustment.

I sure hope that going to the chiropractor gives my sister some relief; she sure has been suffering a long time!

I am so annoyed that I can’t seem to find my favorite fat free salad dressing in any of the local stores anymore!  They still sell fat free mayonnaise, but I prefer the “zip” of salad dressing.  I have been buying the Miracle Whip fat free salad dressing for many years now, and all of a sudden, for the past two months I can’t find it anywhere!  So I’m buying the “light” which is “less fat” but not fat free.

I am really trying hard to feed my family healthy foods, and this was one of the healthy foods that I managed to substitute without my family giving me a lot of negative feedback on.

So, whoever might be listening out there – BRING BACK THE FAT FREE MIRACLE WHIP!  PLEASE!
