My uncle needs a mobility scooter

I was just talking to my aunt on the phone a few moments ago.  She thinks it is time we went shopping for one of those mobility scooters that we keep seeing on television for my uncle.  His knees are bothering him so badly that it is hard for him to leave the house anymore.

I’ve found a website, usmedicalsupplies.com that sells hundreds of different mobility scooters and they have a low price guarantee.  They offer free shipping on all scooters and a free one year in home parts and labor warranty.  I’m going to see if my aunt and uncle like any of the scooters that they have at that site.

Doing laundry

The only thing I don’t like about taking the weekend to relax and unwind is how the laundry seems to all pile up!  For some strange reason, it does not do itself!  And going to camp for the weekend we tend to change clothes more often, since we are doing several different activities throughout the day, so by the end of the weekend it seems that there is an extra week’s worth of laundry that needs to be done!  I’m glad I don’t have to go anywhere tomorrow, so I can have tomorrow to catch up on it!

Puppy mills

Every now and then I see a news story on television about how someone has gotten into legal trouble for running puppy mills illegally in their back yards.  The dogs and puppies are usually in very poor health, some usually have to be put down.  That breaks my heart when I see and hear stories like that!

Spent the weekend at camp

What a nice weekend it was at camp, lots of great weather, not too hot, not too cold.  The bugs were not too bad either, there was a nice breeze keeping the bugs at bay most of the time.  Hubby grilled some nice steaks, went for a nice boat ride.  Had some friends over for a few hours on Saturday and took them for a boat ride.  We just relaxed most of the time.  I could stand living like that ALL the time!
