Reviewing websites

There is a website called talkreviews.com that does Site Reviews of any website. They review from the Top Websites down to little personal blogs like mine. You can go to the website and type in an URL and see details about that site, such as the number of links that go to the site, and the google page rank of the site. You can also see comments people have made about the site, meaning whether they like it or not, etc. You can find your own site if you want to and see if anyone has said anything about your site! Pretty cool, huh?

Disaster struck!

I was doing laundry earlier this evening, and disaster struck.  The clothes washer decided to drain all over the floor instead of down the drain pipe!  What a mess!  Thank goodness I was home and noticed it starting to flood so I could turn the machine off!  My hubby can’t find out what is wrong with it, so we have to call a repair service.  We have a repair plan with Sears which is a BIG MISTAKE – they won’t even come out to look at it for TWO WEEKS!  I have a baby in the house and no washing machine for at least TWO WEEKS!  I am NOT IMPRESSED!

Wedding plans

My hubby’s cousin came over earlier today to ask me to help her out with her wedding plans.  She just announced her engagement a month ago, and she wants to start planning out wedding details.  They haven’t set a date yet, but she wants to start picking out such details such as Wedding Glasses and Wedding Favors.  So we went onto the Internet and were looking at the great selection of wedding related products from the Sincerity Weddings website.

I love my microwave oven!

I just wanted to take a minute to say that I LOVE my microwave oven! If I did not have a microwave oven, every single meal of mine would be eaten COLD! My mother-in-law tells me that when her kids were young, she NEVER had a hot meal! With the magic of microwave ovens, if my supper gets cold because I have to stop eating and tend the baby, with just 45 seconds and a push of the button when the baby is settled, my meal is hot again! I LOVE the modern world, and I’m glad I did not have to be a “mother” in “the good old days” when the microwave oven was not in existence!
