Level of incompetence
Have you ever noticed the Peter Principle at work? Of course you have, you probably just did not know what it was when you were observing it! The Peter Principle is simply this: People get promoted in their jobs until they reach a level of incompetency. That is where they remain.
This is why most of the time we find ourselves dealing with incompetent people in our day to day business. The people have risen to their level of incompetence. If by chance we find someone who does their job well, they have not been promoted enough!

This past weekend we went to a fair. As part of the fair, they had vendors selling their wares. That’s my favorite part of going to a fair; going to all of the vendors booths and seeing what kinds of cool things they are selling.
