Email from my Australian cousin

I just received an email from a cousin that lives in a very rural area of Australia.  I was so surprised to get an email from her!  The last I’d heard from her was by US Mail, and she complained that she lived in such a rural area that she could not get Internet Access!  That news alone was a big shock to me because I’ve had Internet access for such a long time; it seemed to me that she would have had Internet access for a while now too!

Information about web hosting

As the information age matures, there will be more demand for domain names and webhosting.  I think it will be very interesting to see how this develops as time goes on.  I know that more people are turning to the Internet for information, research, social networking, and shopping.  I think it is amazing to learn about products and services that a few years ago I would not have known about at all!  The Internet truly does make the world smaller; making so many more things within easy reach to anyone who has a computer and Internet access!

It seems to me that more and more of my friends and acquaintances are interesting in creating their own websites.  It just seems like a good way to get the word out about whatever you are interested in.  Many of the websites are about sharing interests about things like geneaology, or interests like clubs for a type of classic car, or breed of dog.  What a huge variety is out there!

As the Internet grows, there will be more people needing to learn about there webhosting options.  A great place to learn about those options is the webhostinggeeks.com website.  They review and rank many of the leading webhosting services, making it easier for the consumer to decide which service best fits their needs.

I didn’t know that!

My uncle just bought a used audi.  He is thrilled to pieces about it; he’s always wanted an audi but could never afford one.  He came across a cream puff that he just couldn’t pass up.  He’s been telling me that he wants to turbocharge his car because it is supposed to improve performance and increase gas mileage.

I thought turbo chargers turned cars into “muscle cars” and made them more powerful but decreased gasoline mileage, but my uncle tells me that is not the case at all.  He’s asked me to help him find an audi turbocharger over the Internet, so I’ve been looking around and found a good deal on them at the turbochargerpros.com website.  If you are thinking about turbocharging your car, check them out!

Thinking about some cosmetic surgery

My mother-in-law is thinking about having some cosmetic surgery done on her upper eyelids.  As she has been aging, the skin just under her eyebrows has started to droop.  They’re drooping so much that they are affecting her vision!  So she is thinking about having them “lifted.”  I’ve never heard of that kind of procedure, and any kind of surgery concerns me so I turned to a website (mya.co.uk/askanexpert/) that my sister told me about to get some Cosmetic Surgery Help.

I learned that the procedure is called blepharoplasty and that it is a common procedure. That website has a lot of helpful information about all different kinds of cosmetic surgery; if you or someone you love is thinking about having a procedure done and you have questions about it, this is a good place to turn to for information!

Medical advances

One of the big controversies surrounding cell stem research has been over the use of embryonic cells.  I didn’t know until recently that there are other ways to collect stem cells that can benefit the our health.  One of the processes involves collecting stem cells from menstrual blood!  Isn’t that amazing?  We can collect our own menstrual blood and ship it to a company that stores it for future use in stem cell therapies!

The company that does that is called C’elle.  You can sign up for their service and they send you a kit that you use to collect your menstrual blood, then you ship it to them where they cryo-freeze it and store it for future use.  I was reading their website, and found that on their Order Now page they are offering a limited time offer to save $200 off of their initial fees.  That makes it a very reasonable price!  On their Pricing page I found that you can order a gift certificate for someone else in any amount over $50, to help someone else you may know and love to take advantage of this new technology!  I think that the medical advances the world has been seeing are amazing, don’t you?
